Full Time Project Managers
Schreiber Translations, Inc. is looking for someone with a strong interest/studies in the Chinese language/linguistics for a Project Manager position in Rockville, MD. This position requires a Project Manager who can meet deadlines, work well under pressure, and communicate professionally and effectively with a wide variety of linguists and clients.
The position also handles all aspects of translation projects from start to finish including: adhering to project/client requirements, document review and quality check; cost management; setting guidelines, schedule and timetables; troubleshooting/problem-solving client and translator issues; interfacing/managing translation resources; and reporting on projects and accounts. This is a great opportunity to use your love of language for current world affairs and communication.
Full Time and Part Time Production Coordinators
This onsite Production Coordinator is responsible for document production activities as related to client requirements.
The main role of the Production Coordinator is to support STI Operations in the capacity of quality control review of translated documents with a focus on formatting and content.
The Production Coordinator is also responsible for supporting STI Operations on tasks related to communication with translators and clients, task assignment, project initialization, reporting, file analysis, and other duties identified by the Operations Team Management.

- Bachelors Degree or Equivalent
- Language-related background/experience
- Advanced computer skills in MS Office Suite (MS Word, PowerPoint, Publisher, Excel) and Adobe Acrobat
- Very strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with a wide variety of people
- Ability to constantly meet deadlines
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to pass a background investigation is a requirement for this position
